# Who are the invited decision makers?
The guests are Swiss decision-makers (C-levels) directly in charge of technological choices, solutions and investments in the digital transformation of their companies (Groups and brands, large SMEs and pure players), more precisely in the departments & services dedicated to Digital Marketing, eCommerce / Omnichannel.
Due to the very limited number of places (120) and in order to match the positioning of the business meetings we are forced to carry out a precise and exhaustive profiling.
Please note: No more than two employees from the same company may be invited.

# How to be invited?
You can be invited by a sponsor, by one of the partners (Netcom Suisse, ASSOCIATION DE COMMERCE.swiss, ICT Journal and Cominmag) or by the organiser. After your application has been approved by the organiser, you will receive a special link directly.

# What happens when my invitation/accreditation request is validated?
You will access our web platform where you will be able to create your profile, register for speeches, plan your meetings, register for activities, contact the organiser... and find all the useful information to prepare your visit.
# Do I have any obligations once my invitation is validated?
Yes, when your invitation is validated, you commit yourself to attend the event during the two days, you will have to plan a minimum of 4 meetings with the sponsors and participate in 2 expert conferences, the plenary sessions and the gala dinner.
Then, depending on your wishes and convenience, you can plan more meetings and attend more conferences.
# Do I have to pay to participate?
No, our concept is based on an all-inclusive invitation (travel from Geneva via shuttle bus, hotel night, breakfast, lunches, gala dinner, coffee breaks, access to leisure activities, parking).
# In which language(s) does the event take place?
The event is proposed in English and French.
# Can I buy an entry ticket?
No, the event is entirely private & close doors, by profile validation and invitation only.
# I am not Swiss or based in Switzerland, can I participate in the event?
If your profile matches our admission criteria and you are responsible for the Swiss market or based (HQ) in the bordering French regions (74/01), you will be able to participate in the event.
# How do the appointments work?
After validation of your invitation, you will have access to our digital platform where you will be able to solicit sponsors for meetings. Via a scoring and matchmaking system, the sponsors that best match your expectations will be proposed to you. On their side, still with this scoring logic, the sponsors will be able to make requests.
A few days before the event, you will receive your personalised agenda directly from the platform (including your conference schedule). You will be regularly notified via sms or alerts during the event a few minutes before the start of your appointments and conferences.
For your information: You commit yourself to plan a minimum of 4 meetings with the sponsors and to attend 2 expert conferences, the opening plenary and the closing conference.
# Can I schedule appointments with other invited guests?
The appointment scheduling system only handles meetings between spornsors and guests. However, the event is organized so that you can regularly cross paths with all the participants. There's nothing better than a spontaneous discussion over coffee or in the hotel lounge.
# Where are the premium meetings taking place this year?
The event will take place not far from Geneva, if your invitation request is validated by the organization, the place will be communicated to you. We promise you a surprising, unique and prestigious location!
# How do I get to the event?
- By bus from Geneva (via our special shuttle)
- By boat from Lausanne, a bus shuttle will be available for transfer to the hotel
- By car (parking covered by the organization)
Note: The opening plenary on the 5th is scheduled for 9:30 am with check-in starting from 8:15 am.
# Can I recommend to a colleague? Can several people from the same company come?
Yes of course, provided that your colleague's profile matches our profiling criteria. Please note that only 2 people per company are allowed. You just have to direct them to the invitation form.
# Is there a digital / online version of the Premium Meetings?
A video summary will be available after the event, but the conferences and keynotes are not recorded or proposed in live broadcast. The concept of the event is entirely based on meetings, sharing and networking, so face-to-face meetings are preferred.
# In which language(s) does the event take place?
The Event (talks) is offered (mostly) in French and English.
# I can't come (anymore), can I transfer to another colleague or member of my network?
Your invitation is not transferable. If you are unable to attend, you should let us know and you can suggest a colleague or member of your network and if his profile matches our criteria, we can send them an invitation.
# I was invited by a sponsor but I no longer have the special invitation link they sent me, what can I do?
You can contact the person who invited you or fill in the special form (available mid/late February) and specify which sponsor invited you.
# Can I come for one day only?
No, we only offer two options:
- 2 days or 1.5 days (Afternoon of the 5th and full day on the 6th),
- The event ends at 4:45 pm on the 6th.
# Are there other themes than Digital Marketing / eCommerce & Omnichannel?
For 2024, this will be the only theme proposed, but for 2025 other themes will be proposed on the same principle (1to1 meetings and high level content), whether it be for 1 or 2 days.
# I would like to arrive the day before the event or leave the day after, is this possible?
Yes it is possible, just contact us as soon as possible. The costs of this 'extra' will be at your expense. We will put you in direct contact with the hotel for the reservation and payment of your room.
You can stay in the same hotel (you will keep the same room) or in another hotel at 200 meters.
