A/ In case of acceptance of the invitation request
The guest commits (expressly)
- To participate in the event in its entirety, i.e. (1.5 or 2 days), on Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 November 2024
- To honor at least 4 private meetings of 20 minutes with 4 sponsors
- To participate (at least) in 2 expert conferences
- To participate in 3 keynotes and round tables
- To participate in the gala evening on Tuesday 5
Personal data collected from this form
The user expressly accepts that the personal and professional information collected by the Organizer (BY Connect SAS) during his request via this form will be subject to computer processing for the purpose of the complete organization of the event and that this data may be used for the promotion of all the events of the Organizer. These data are kept for 3 years.
During the event
The guest accepts without reservation that his/her personal data (Name, first name, company, function, email, LinkedIn profile - Phone numbers are not transmitted) will be transmitted to the event sponsors in the following cases
- Participation in a scheduled meeting sith a sponsor
- Participation in an expert conference
- When his badge is scanned by a sponsor via his smartphone
In accordance with the law, the user has the right to access, rectify and delete his or her information. He/she can exercise this right and obtain communication of the information by sending an e-mail to BY Connect SAS at contact@by-connect.com or directly online from his/her personal account.
B/ In case of non-acceptance of the invitation request
The data is not kept.
