Personal data collected from this form
The user expressly accepts that the personal and professional information collected by the Organizer (BY Connect SAS) at the time of his/her request via this form will be the subject of computer processing intended to enable the complete organization of the event, and that this data may be used within the framework of the promotion of all of the Organizer's events. This data will be kept for 3 years.
During the event
The guest accepts that his/her data (surname, first name, company, position, email, LinkedIn profile - telephone numbers are not transmitted) will be transmitted to the event sponsors in the following cases:
In accordance with the law, the user has the right to access, rectify or delete his or her information. He/she may exercise this right and obtain communication of the information by contacting BY Connect SAS via the e-mail address contact@by-connect.com or directly online from his/her personal account.
The guest certifies the accuracy of all the information provided on this form. In particular, that he/she is currently employed and not in professional transition or actively seeking a new position.
The guest undertakes to contact the organizer in the event of a change in his/her professional situation (career transition, change of company, etc.).
The organizer may invalidate an invitation if the eligibility and access criteria for the event are no longer met.
Cancellation of participation (by the guest)
Should the guest be unable to attend the event, he/she undertakes to notify the organizer as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation one week before the event without giving a reason, or in the event of a no-show without notifying the organizer, the latter reserves the right to claim compensation of CHF 500 to cover part of the expenses incurred and not recoverable (rooms, meals, etc.).
Responsibilities of the organizer
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event for any reason whatsoever, guests undertake not to claim any compensation or reimbursement of expenses from the organizer.
As the food court and catering services are not managed by the Organizer, the latter cannot be held responsible for any events related to the food court and catering services, particularly in terms of public health, either on the day of the event or on subsequent days.
Participants declare that they are aware of the risks associated with the consumption of alcoholic beverages and agree to consume them in moderation during the event, the evening and in the vicinity of the event.
The exhibitor acknowledges that COVID-19 is contagious and spreads mainly through close person-to-person contact. The event management cannot guarantee that staff and participants will not be infected by COVID-19 during the event. Participants are aware of these risks, and acknowledge that they cannot sue the organizer in the event of contamination.
Participation in certain leisure activities (spa, sports sessions, etc.) requires a certain level of physical fitness. By taking part, the participant acknowledges that he/she is fit to do so under his/her own responsibility.

A shuttle bus will be available on Wednesday 12 at the Evian landing stage for the 7.37am crossing (from Lausanne landing stage).
Return
Bus shuttle on the Thursday 13 from the hotel to the Evian landing stage for the 6 pm crossing.
IMPORTANT: If you choose the 1.5-day package, there will be no shuttle bus from the pier to the hotel on Wednesday, November 12.
CAR (parking provided by the organization)
Check-in on Wednesday 12 from 8:15 am.
For the 1.5 day package: check in on Wednesday 12 from 12:45 pm to 1 pm.
Once your registration has been confirmed, if you have chosen to arrive the day before (Tuesday 11), we will contact you directly. You'll be responsible for the cost of the night's accommodation, and we'll be delighted to invite you to an informal dinner with all those arriving the day before (at around 7.30pm/8pm).
